Sharing Spaces
What if … Communities had everything they needed to be strong, connected, and self-sufficient – just by sharing what they already have?
What if … Neighbours weren’t strangers, but a network of support, where people of all backgrounds learned from and helped each other?
What if … Resilience wasn’t just about bouncing back from crises, but about growing together, through shared meals, skills, and resources?
What if … Climate action wasn’t just a policy, but a way of life – woven into daily rhythms of community sharing and collaboration?
What makes a community strong? At Think&Do we believe it’s the connections between people, the support they offer one another, and a shared sense of belonging. Sharing Spaces are places where communities don’t just gather, but thrive. Here, sharing isn’t just about things – it’s about knowledge, skills, and experiences that help people support one another and build resilience together. At a time when many feel isolated or powerless in the face of climate and social injustice, Sharing Spaces offer a different way forward – one where we come together, take care of each other, and build a future rooted in collaboration.

Our Sharing Spaces create so much more than safe spaces – in particular, attracting women from global majority backgrounds; they help incubate projects such as our Energy Savers Club, and Sharing Space Eats. They have helped train residents to become Power and Clean Air Rangers. We are now on a mission to take this further. We want to enable the setting up of Sharing Spaces to help tackle inequality of opportunity.
